Nutty, slightly warm nose, tobacco and spicy oak, red and some black berries, floral and light mushroomy/earthy notes. Tart, relatively firm fruit with nutty, slightly smoky and tobacco tones, a little cocoa in the background, some acid bite and slightly drying tannins, some persistence, salty notes, initially a little brittle overall, but then juicier with air, good to very good, slightly drying finish, again with acid bite.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
