Very slightly smoky and a little tobacco aroma of ripe red and black berries with aromas reminiscent of blue cabbage and a hint of cloves. Ripe, quite juicy, youthful, tightly knit fruit, slightly smoky, nutty and hints of chocolate, a hint of liquorice, fine tannin that becomes a little more brittle with air, delicate bite, vegetal nuances, good persistence and some power, very good finish.

Best to drink: 2024-2027+. What our ratings mean
