Nutty, woody and spicy aroma of ripe red and black berries with a little plum, tobacco, hints of undergrowth, dried flowers and a touch of tar. Firmly woven, ripe, juicy, again rather dark fruit, smoky and slightly nutty wood notes, some tobacco, present, fine sandy tannins, a certain acidity, clearly salty tones and a hint of herbs in the background, very good, firm, tangy, again slightly smoky finish with dried planty to herbal notes.

Best to drink: 2024-2029+. What our ratings mean
