Translate to English Leicht vegetabiler, hell-nussiger und ein wenig an Eiweiß erinnernder Duft mit erdigen und verhalten gelbfruchtigen Noten. Eher weiche Frucht mit etwas Schmelz, mandelig-nussigen Tönen und zart floralen Nuancen, moderate Säure, süßlicher Schmelz und wärmender Alkohol, gute Nachhaltigkeit, wieder ein Hauch Eiweiß, mineralische und ganz leicht speckige Anklänge, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
