Clear, fresh nose, light nutty and spicy notes, hint of bacon develops with aeration, prdominantly red berries and some pomegrante, hint of spicy oak and tobacco, dried dried herbs and mineral notes. Ripe red fruit on the palate, smoky, toasted oak, hint of vanilla and cocoa, youthful, fine, sandy, still slightly astringent tannins, full body, noticeable warm alcohol, but also has cool mineral notes, light herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco, some licorice, persistent, slightly jammy with more spicy oak and chocolate on the finish.
