Translate to English Etwas säuerlich-vegetabiler, moderat holzwürziger und eine Spur getreidiger Duft mit kühlen Beerentönen, erdigen Noten, Suppenkräutern, Blut und etwas Mineralik. Relativ feste, trockene Frucht mit rauchig-holzigen und merklich pflanzlichen Noten, nachhaltig am Gaumen, erdige und tabakige Noten, noch unentwickelt und etwas gedeckt, leicht trocknendes Tannin, guter bis sehr guter, leicht bitterlicher, ins Rußige gehender Abgang mit Pfeffernoten.
