Hint of smoked bacon on the nose, fairly polsihed, red berries and a hint of cassis, some tobacco, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, predominantly red fruit on the palate, tart dark oak, some dark chocolate, smoked bacon, some black berries too, fine sandy, integrated tannins, persistent, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, some depth, touch of dried mushrooms, peppery traces, salty mineral notes, buttery traces, more light smoky notes and dark chocolate on a very good finish.
