Am Gaumen beinahe rassig, würzige und mineralische Noten, hat gewissen Biss und auch einige Substanz, passende, Rückgrat gebende Tannine, zeigt sowohl Sorte als auch Herkunft, guter Abgang, leicht bitterlich und an Liebstöckel erinnernd.
