Translate to English Mineralischer Duft nach rohem Fleisch (Lamm und Wild), Mineralien, Champignons, Gewürzen und welkem Laub. Feinsaftig und elegant im Mund, integrierte Röstaromen, sehr feines Tannin, kühle Mineralik, leichte Bitternote am Gaumen, spürbarer Alkohol, aber dennoch eine Art Eleganz, gute Tiefe, guter Abgang, der mit Luft etwas rau und sperrig wird. Muss reifen.

Im Mund viel dunkles Karamell, Rauch- und Röstnoten, rote Beeren und etwas Zwetschgen, deutlicher Alkohol, könnte etwas dichter sein, leichte Bittertöne und ein wenig staubige und trocknende Tannine, ordentlicher Abgang.
