Firm, somewhat dried vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and slightly fleshy-animal scent of mixed berries and a few cherries with a hint of pipe tobacco and pepper. Ripe, warm, preserved, juicy fruit with nutty and bitter chocolate wood flavours, some smoke and hints of leather, crumbly, slightly drying tannins, some persistence, a hint of lamb in the background, salty tones, hints of vegetal aromas on a good to very good, again slightly drying finish.
