Relatively cool, vegetal to herbal and slightly nutty scent of yellow fruits with a hint of red berries and mint as well as nuances reminiscent of root vegetables. Still youthful, delicately sweet fruit with delicately creamy, lively acidity, very light tannic grip and quite good persistence, a trace of soup stock and slightly earthy notes in the background, salty tones, hints of nut butter in the good to very good finish.
