2019 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Hochbrudersegg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Taut, youthful, green-vegetable, somewhat smoky and nutty-yeasty aroma with bright yellow-fruity aromas, some white berries, light woody hints, hints of bacon and mineral tones. Ripe, juicy, youthful fruit, planty to herbaceous, smoky, nutty and yeasty aromas, fine acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, barely developed, distinct minerality, delicately sweet melting, good depth, very good, firm, juicy and tangy finish with asparagus notes.
