Cool, lively nose, vegetal and mineral notes, apples and citrus fruit. Clear fruit, tart spicy vegetal notes on the palate, earthy and mineral notes, elegant, lively acidity, fairly persistent, vegetal traces, good to very good finish.

Editor note: Cool nose, fairly shy pomaceous fruit and citrus notes, hint of elderberry, herbaceous, vegetal and light mineral notes. Very clear on the palate, elegant and juicy, straightforward fruit, elegant tart vegetal and herbaceous notes, very elegant, slightly playful acidity, light mineral notes in the background, cool style, quite persistent, has shown a very positive development, good finish.

Editor note: Nose still slightly yeasty, citrus and apple fruit, touch of elderberry and vegetal notes. Clear, straightforward, dry fruit on the palate, crisp, spicy vegetal notes, elegant, lively acidity, light earthy notes in the background, more elderberry, well balanced, good finish.
