Tart, cool and polished, delicately smoky and quite clearly vegetal, also a little yeasty nose of pome fruits and citrus fruits with light tobacco traces. Ripe, juicy, melting fruit, nutty aromas, slightly vegetal, mushroomy and red berry on the palate, good persistence, very slight sweetness, mineral tones in the background, good substance, a touch of butter and vanilla, very good, juicy, somewhat mineral and spicy finish with slightly sweet fruit and vegetal notes.
