Somewhat developed, vegetal, hinted at nutty aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas as well as a hint of bread crust and bacon. Somewhat developed fruit with clear celery-vegetable aromas and again also tones slightly reminiscent of spiced bread crust, delicately bacony and mushroomy in the background, fine acidity, moderate grip, good persistence, has certain power and melting, a trace of earthy and chalky in the background, a hint of pepper, good to very good, very slightly muted finish.

Editor note: Somewhat developed, tart, clearly vegetal nose with pome fruit aromas, clearly vegetal tones, nutty-woody hints and a little pepper. Ripe, again somewhat developed fruit with peppery and a little smoky-woody notes, some acid bite, moderate tannin, good persistence, has power, very slightly sweet melting on the palate, chalky-salty tones, very good, quite firm finish.
