2017 Brut Pinot Cuvée, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Nutty, very delicately smoky, yeasty and slightly herbal-vegetal aroma with core fruit and citrus notes. Ripe, juicy, almost completely dry fruit, nutty, yeasty and smoky spice, relatively fine, lively mousse, some grip, good sustainability, a hint of butter, suggested salt, very good, quite juicy and again smoky-spicy finish.
