2016 Riesling Brut, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Planty to herbal and somewhat floral nose with yellow fruity, nutty, smoky and a little mushroomy tones. Firmly woven, dry fruit with nutty, somewhat herbal, mushroomy and moderately buttery tones, fine perlage, a hint of ash in the background, some persistence, some acid bite, good to very good finish.
