Very slightly cloudy, light golden yellow. Firm, planty, somewhat yeasty and chalky fragrance with yellow fruity aromas, a little yellow spice and quite distinct floral tones. Clear, tangy, fine juicy, cool fruit, nutty, yeasty and yellow-spicy notes, again also vegetal hints, some melt and a little warmth, lasting on the palate, touch of crumbly tannin, very fine acidity, very good finish with fruit, spice and disagreeable vegetable and nutty aromas
