2023 Sulzfeld Sonnenberg Blauer Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, slightly smoky, somewhat fine-vegetable and nutty nose with restrained yellow-fruity aromas and a hint of meadow herbs. Straightforward, still youthful fruit with a delicate, sweetish melt, fine acidity, has some grip, certain persistence, hints of spring onions and bacon, chalky notes, good finish.
