Cool, firm, somewhat nutty and vegetal to dried herbaceous pomaceous fruit nose with light, delicate vegetable notes and hints of minerality. Polished, juicy fruit with a slightly sweetish mellowness, lively acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, salty minerality, a hint of crab meat and dark berries, barrel wood in the background, very good, slightly smoky finish.
