Somewhat smoky, dried vegetal and slightly tobacco nose with tart vegetable aromas and restrained pomaceous fruit notes. Ripe, juicy, pomaceous fruit with light orange and tangerine tones, a hint of smoke, nutty notes and citrus zest, somewhat chalky and salty in the background, hints of buttery tones, noticeable, crumbly-sandy tannin, a little protein, mushroomy nuances, some smoke, very good, slightly bacony finish with light wood, ripe juice, buttercream and chalky-mineral notes.
