Fairly cool, somewhat smoky, nutty and fine-vegetable aroma of yellow fruit with a hint of wild herbs and meadow flowers. Clear, still youthful fruit with delicately creamy, a hint of wild berries and hints of bacon, lively acidity, delicate carbonic acid, has some grip, certain persistence, salty tones, also light nutty flavours, good finish.
