2021 Sulzfeld Sonnenberg Blauer Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Youthful, slightly yeasty and a hint of tobacco core fruit nose with vegetal, nutty and delicately mushroomy nuances. Ripe, melting, sweetish fruit, slightly smoky, tobacco and vegetal tones, some grip of ripe tannin, fine acidity, good persistence, some power, a hint of dark berries, some warmth, gains depth with air, mineral notes in the background, good to very good, sweet-tart finish.
