2019 Silvaner trocken "Anna-Lena", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Vegetable and slightly yeasty fragrance with pome fruit aromas, a little pepper and sweet floral nuances. Relatively sweet, light fruit, fine vegetable and floral aromas, herbal tones and again a little white pepper, still a little yeasty on the palate, fine, lively acidity, a hint of bacon, light minerality, delicate touch, still young, good to very good, sweetish finish with bite and smoky traces
