Nose still veryslightly restless, vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent yeasty notes, restrained yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes, hint of mushrooms, some mustard seed, hint of tobacco. Slightly tart fruit on the palate, some yellow spice, prominent vegetal aromas, yeasty notes, hint of bacon, earthy and salty notes, hint of mustard, livelyacidity, persistent, fairly prominent tannins, still slightly astringent, good substance and persistence, some depth, light acid bite and grip on a very good finish. Will mature very well.
