Translate to English Ziemlich fester und recht tiefer, hefiger und etwas kräuteriger, auch tabakiger Duft mit feinen gelbfruchtigen und ganz zart ölig-vegetabilen Noten, einem Hauch dunkler Beeren und deutlicher Mineralik. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht mit lebendiger Säure, noch viel Hefe und einer Spur Kohlensäure, nachhaltig und griffig am Gaumen, noch unentwickelt, nussige Töne im Hintergrund, deutliche Mineralik, etwas Tiefem, sehr guter, herb-saftiger, wieder griffiger und nussiger Abgang.
