Translate to English Herber, vegetabiler bis zart tabakiger, etwas unterholziger und deutlich erdig-mineralischer Duft mit sehr verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Knochentrockene, feinsaftige Frucht mit viel getrocknet-pflanzlicher und erdiger Würze, etwas Suppenkräutern und einer Spur Wacholder, lebendige, feine Säure, leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, zugleich warme und kühle Elemente, fester Bau, ziemlich kompromisslos, gewinnt noch mit Luft, sehr guter, etwas schmelziger und ziemlich würziger Abgang.
