Translate to English Recht klare, vegetabile Apfel-Südfruchtnase. Am Gaumen mittelkräftig, süße, dabei geschliffene, kandierte Apfelfrucht mit Noten von Ananas und etwas Papaya, kräuterig und ein klein wenig gewürzig, ganz leicht rau und schärfend, aber auch angedeutet mineralisch im Hintergrund, passende Säure, ein wenig rustikal, sehr guter Abgang.
