Translate to English Herbe, kräuterige und an Wacholder erinnernde Nase mit erdig-mineralischen Noten sowie Aromen teils kandierter gelber Früchte. Süßlich, saftig und kräuterwürzig im Mund, griffige, erdige Mineralik, feine, lebendige Säure, viel Kraft und Substanz für einen Kabinett, pfeffrige Töne im Hintergrund, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisser Griff, recht harmonisch, Saft, Kraft und wieder ziemlich pfeffrige Würze im Abgang. Was das Prädikat "Kabinett" auf dieser hochgradigen und wirklich ausgezeichneten Spätlese zu suchen hat, ist uns ein Rätsel.
