Firm, cool and fresh, still rather closed, slightly yeasty, nutty and hinted floral scent with yellow fruity aromas, delicate barrel tones as well as a hint of fennel and pepper. Restrained, delicately melting, yet completely dry fruit, vegetal to herbal nuances, delicate grip, good persistence, chalky-stony and salty tones in the background, quite firm structure, smoky traces, very good, firm finish with cooling minerality.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
