Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and slightly bacony pomaceous and stone fruit aroma with a hint of red berries and sunflower seeds. Quite firm, not quite dry citrus fruit with a hint of cereal and dark berries, fine acidity, has some grip and persistence, hints of ivy and dried meat, barrel wood in the background, very good, slightly smoky finish with nuances reminiscent of pomegranate.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
