Somewhat vegetal to herbal and a hint of yeasty nose with relatively cool and bright yellow fruity aromas and a hint of mushrooms. Straightforward, fine, dry fruit, polished acidity, delicate grip, fine vegetal and hints of yellow-spicy notes, restrained smokiness on the palate, quite clear minerality, a hint of pepper, good to very good, quite taut, juicy and finely spicy finish with bite.
