Fairly firm, nutty and still delicately yeasty aroma of pomaceous fruit and some red berries with floral traces. Firm, fine, juicy fruit with nutty, slightly yeasty and a little vegetal flavours, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, very delicate smoky tones and a hint of butter, salty and chalky notes in the background, hints of dark spice, very good finish.
