2021 Riesling Kabinett, Rheinhessen, Germany

Cool, bright citrus-peach nose with herbal to herbaceous and a little floral aromas. Tight, moderately sweet fruit with present acidity and light tannic grip, herbal-herbal and floral notes on the palate, a hint of cassis, salty-limy mineral tones, lots of bite, good to very good finish.
