Aroma of partly preserved black and red berries with a little liquorice, bacon and quite clearly vegetal as well as somewhat herbal aromas. Quite taut, tart fruit, smoky, slightly toasty and moderately coffee-spicy notes, again also liquorice on the palate, then some blueberry compote, not too deep, herbal and salty nuances, some acid bite, medium-fine, slightly drying tannin, good to very good finish with chocolatey toasty notes, rose hips and slight bitterness.
