Slightly warm aroma of ripe black and a little red berries with floral nuances, a touch of soup herbs, hints of mushrooms and meaty traces as well as noticeable alcohol. Ripe, tart, warm fruit, fine sandy tannin, some roasting and candied-nutty tones, smoky hints, bitter chocolate and a hint of coffee grounds, some persistence, fleshy hints, a lot of power but rather limited depth, good to very good, tart, alcoholic finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
