Firm, slightly yellow-spicy, nutty and a hint of caramel aroma of ripe yellow fruits with earthy-vegetable and mineral tones and a hint of coffee. Ripe, juicy, partly candied fruit, present acidity and yellow spice, some grip of ripe tannin, a touch of carbonic acid, has power and substance, peppery traces, rather light minerality, light tobacco traces, yeasty-nutty and floral hints, a touch of dark fruit, again also delicate coffee bitters, plus cinnamon still undeveloped, very good, tight, juicy finish, again with a little yellow spice.
