Relatively cool, nutty, yeasty, herbal and slightly floral pome fruit-citrus scent with a little root vegetables and artichokes. Youthful, tangy fruit, still clearly yeasty tones, nutty aromas, also a little nutmeg, herbal and floral nuances, dried mushrooms in the background, quite fine mousseux, some grip, certain persistence, good to very good, still quite leihct rough finish.
