Cool, yeasty and somewhat herbal nose with pome fruit and citrus aromas, a little freshly sawn wood and chanterelles. Youthful, not quite dry, yellow and hints of dark fruit, fresh wood notes again, medium-fine mousseux and a little tannin, certain persistence, herbs and mushrooms in the background, noticeable acidity, smoky traces, very slightly drying in the good finish.
