Firm, nutty, delicately yeasty and a hint of tobacco pome fruit scent with dried floral nuances. Ripe, melty, quite juicy, yet very dry fruit, nutty and quite delicate tobacco aromas, very fine acidity, good persistence and substance, smoky nuances, mineral tones in the background, very good, quite firm finish
