Tart, somewhat planty to dried herbal, tobacco, nutty and hints of animal aromas of dark berries with a little sour cherry and nuances reminiscent of meat juice and pepper. Clear, tangy fruit with peppery and slightly minty aromas, fine sandy tannin, some persistence, spicy and nutty wood tones in the background, a hint of salt, very good finish with bite and smoky notes.
