Slightly reductive nose, nutty, vegetal and dried herbaceous notes, smoky traces, partly preserved yellow fruit. Straightforward, fairly tart fruit on the palate, yeasty and waxy traces, delicately sweetish and creamy, hint of black berries, elegant, lively acidity, slightly muted, fairly persistent, hint of bacon, light peppery notes on a good to very good finish.
