Light ruby colour. Cool nose with prominent vegetal notes, light animal notes, restrained berry fruit, earthy and mineral notes, whiff of cabbage and traces of wilted flowers. Tart, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, fairly polished tannins, vegetal, delicate spicy and nutty aromas, good persistence and substance, some grip and depth, yeasty and salty traces in the background, appealingly fresh, good to very good elegant, juicy, nutty finish.
