Partly dried citrus and stone fruit on the nose, delicate hint of apple, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, light mineral notes in the background. Very sweet, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, vegetal, floral and herbaceous traces, salty mineral notes, prominent bite, racy, tart earthy traces and vegetal traces in the background, prominent sugar candy, very good long finish.
