Cool, polished nose, prominent yeasty notes, elegant, light yellow fruit, vegetal aromas, hint of mushrooms. Firm, polished, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, very fine mousse, good substance and persistence,buttery traces, elegant grip and bite, good depth, still young, light nutty aromas, excellent balance, elegant yeasty, nutty and delicate floral notes on a very good, tart, juicy finish. Very well made.
