2007 Villány-Siklós Kékfrankos, Südliches Transdanubien, Hungary

Youthful nose, preserved sour cherries and black berries, roasted notes and spicy oak. Tart and slightly austere on the palate, restrained fruit, more noticeable dark roasted oak, fine sandy and slightly astringent tannins, slightly juicy, not particularly deep, more roasted notes and tart fruit on an attractive finish.
