Clear, relatively cool, somewhat floral and herbal scent with core and stone fruit notes, a hint of fine root vegetables, and a suggested yellow spice. Bright, juicy fruit with nuances reminiscent of pickled apricots and wild herbs, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty minerality, good to very good finish.
