Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, almondy and hints of bacon on the nose, yellow fruit with a hint of pepper and dark berries. Slender, sweetish fruit with minty and black berry flavours, lively, almost present acidity, noticeable carbonic acid, has some grip, certain persistence, chalky tones, good to very good, still slightly yeasty finish.
