Nutty, delicately smoky, slightly woody-spicy, bacon-like and vegetal aroma with restrained, tart yellow fruit notes, root vegetables, as well as a hint of tobacco and tobacco ash. Ripe, warm, melting fruit, nutty and slightly tobacco-like wood spice, fine acidity, very slightly drying tannin, a bit of rock candy and a hint of caramel on the palate, buttery traces, warming alcohol, root vegetable and herbal tones, very good, again slightly warm finish.
