Nutty and vegetal, tart nose with restrained pome fruit aromas, some mushrooms and a hint of flowers and tobacco. Quite firm, rather tart, finely juicy fruit, smoky and restrained woody tones, vegetal and herbal notes, fine, quite lively acidity and some carbonic acid, grip of fine sandy, ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, some marjoram, clear, salty and somewhat chalky, also stony minerality, certain depth, has bite, medium strength, warm and cool elements, very good, firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
